I have always been fascinated by pregnancy, birth and babies. Shortly after the birth of my second baby I began training as an antenatal teacher with the National Childbirth Trust and qualified when my third baby was very young. I have been teaching antenatal sessions since 2005 and have taught over 300 couples, all over the South East and the Midlands.

I began working as a doula with the birth of Lizzie in December 2005, and am now beginning training to run postnatal courses for the NCT. I qualified in baby massage in March 2009.
