Cherishing you and your baby

Much as we don't expect it, sometimes daily life can be turned upside down when a new baby arrives, and you may find you need a bit of extra practical  help, or just some TLC, at this time. We are so spread out geographically these days and that parents and loved ones are often far away, sometimes even on the other side of the world!

In my postnatal support capacity I can visit you in your own home to undertake whatever you feel needs to be done. This may be practical work - cooking healthy meals (and extra for the freezer), tidying and cleaning - or it may be emotional work talking through your experience of the birth and early parenting in an attempt to make sense of it. There could also be basic baby care skills you would like to explore, such as swaddling, help with feeding, settling and sleeping, or even an introduction to some infant massage on a one-to-one basis.

My extensive local network of mothers and other perinatal professionals means that I can also refer you to new parent groups, new mothers in the area and other colleagues whose expertise may also be of help to you.

Email or call for a preliminary chat, to discuss or needs.
